- Can I switch plans anytime?
- Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate charges for upgrades. When downgrading, you keep your current plan until the end of the billing period.
- Is there a free trial for paid plans?
- Every new user starts with our Free plan which includes 3 video generations per day, 5 AI tool uses per day, and 5 free credits on signup. No credit card required to get started. Try before you buy!
- Do credits expire?
- Credits from Pay-As-You-Go packs never expire as long as your account is active. Subscription credits reset each billing period. Unused pay-as-you-go credits roll over indefinitely.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, plus PayPal for one-time credit packs. All transactions are secured with industry-standard 256-bit encryption.
- Can I get a refund?
