How consent is recorded

Every GigTry account is created only after the user explicitly agrees to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy (the signup checkbox is never pre-ticked). Every purchase re-confirms that agreement at checkout. Each acceptance is written to an immutable, versioned consent ledger containing the document versions, a timestamp, and the request origin — so we can produce proof of consent for any account upon request.
