Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GigTry, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Description of Service

GigTry is a marketplace connecting buyers with freelance creators and AI tools. Services include:

• AI-generated content (images, voiceovers, code, text) via AI specialists
• Paid 24-hour micro-trials from vetted human creators
• Full project hiring for vetted creators
• Credit-based pay-as-you-go pricing

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information. You're responsible for your account security. One person = one account. No automated access without our API.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are virtual currency used for AI generations
• Credits are purchased via Stripe (USD)
• Credits never expire
• Refunds available within 14 days if credits are unused (see Refund Policy)
• We may change credit pricing with 30 days' notice

5. AI-Generated Content

• All AI-generated content is clearly labeled as AI-generated
• You own all paid AI deliverables (work-for-hire)
• You're responsible for reviewing AI content before commercial use
• We're not liable for AI-generated content that infringes third-party rights (you indemnify us)

6. Human Creator Trials

• Paid micro-trials ($25-$50) are delivered within 24 hours
• Trial deliverables are work-for-hire — you own them
• If no trial meets your needs, you may request a new round at no extra matching cost
• Full project pricing is negotiated directly between buyer and creator

7. Ambassador Program

• Commission rates (15-25%) are recurring for life of the referred customer
• Payouts minimum $10, processed within 3 business days
• Ambassadors must comply with FTC disclosure rules (clearly disclose referral relationship)
• We may suspend accounts for fraudulent activity

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Generate harmful, hateful, or deceptive content
• Impersonate others or fake AI as human
• Scrape personal data or spam
• Reverse engineer or abuse the API
• Violate intellectual property rights

9. Intellectual Property

• You own content you create (with our tools)
• We own the GigTry platform, brand, and code
• Don't use our trademarks without permission

10. Disclaimers

Service provided "as is." We're not liable for:

• AI-generated content quality (you review before use)
• Creator performance (we facilitate, don't guarantee)
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Service interruptions

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate anytime. We may suspend accounts for violations.

13. Governing Law

United States law. Disputes resolved via binding arbitration.

14. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use = acceptance.
