Credit Packs

  • Full refund within 14 days if credits are unused
  • Partial refund (pro-rated) within 14 days if partially used
  • After 14 days: no refunds (but credits never expire)

AI Generations

  • If an AI generation fails, you're automatically refunded the credits (no action needed)
  • If you're unhappy with AI output quality, request a review — we may issue credits at our discretion
  • No cash refunds for successful AI generations (the compute cost is incurred)

Human Creator Trials

  • Full refund if no creator delivers a trial within 24 hours
  • Full refund if all 3 trials are materially off-brief (you must request within 48 hours)
  • No refund if you simply change your mind (creators already did the work)
  • Trial deliverables are yours to keep regardless

Full Projects

  • Negotiated directly between buyer and creator
  • GigTry holds funds in escrow until deliverable acceptance
  • Disputes resolved via our mediation process

  • Your email
  • Order ID
  • Reason for refund
Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve most issues within 48 hours. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.

How we keep this updated

GigTry monitors legal developments (GDPR, CCPA, FTC guidelines, AI Act) and our legal team reviews policies quarterly. When laws change, we update policies within 30 days and notify users by email. Our system suggests updates — a human always reviews before publishing.
