Revisions include alterations/changes to the logo designs. They do not include totally new designs. The amount of designs is specified in the 'Initial Concepts Included'. Also please note that all projects are finalised with one final logo design.

I do my best to respond to enquiries and complete revisions as soon as possible. That being said, I am not available 24/7. From Monday-Saturday I try to be available 16 hours per day. On Sundays I spend time out of the office and revisions/responses may be delayed until Monday.

The Source and Vector files are the files used to create your logo. They can be used to resize or edit your logo in any way and are generally required when making merchandise, etc. These files are available in AI, PSD, EPS, PDF, SVG and PNG formats when purchased.

No, you can't request faster delivery for free. Orders are usually delivered within 12-24 hours of the estimated delivery time, sometimes faster. To be fair to all customers, I do not prioritise some orders over others and use a fair work queue. Faster delivery can be added on when ordering.
